This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the administration of the online store ind-gen.in.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration") and any individual using this Site (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "Buyer").
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS 1.1. Using this Site, as well as placing any order, constitutes the User's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. 1.2. The Administration reserves the right to change this Agreement without prior notice. The new version of the Agreement takes effect from the moment of its publication on the Site.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT 4.1. All prices on the Site are stated in the national currency of Ukraine (Hryvnia) and are valid at the time the order is placed. 4.2. The Administration has the right to unilaterally change prices. The price of an already confirmed order cannot be changed. 4.3. Payment is made through secure online payments or Cash on Delivery (COD) upon receipt.
5. SHIPPING AND RETURNS 5.1. Delivery is carried out across Ukraine using courier and postal services. 5.2.ANONYMITY OF SHIPPING: We guarantee complete anonymity. Orders are packed in thick, opaque courier bags without advertising logos, descriptions, or markings indicating the contents. In the declaration, we indicate neutral descriptions (e.g., "souvenirs" or "cosmetics"). Even the postal operator or courier will not know the contents of your package. 5.3. RETURN POLICY: In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine,pharmaceutical products and medicines of proper quality are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Order cancellation is possible only until it is shipped. Returns are possible only in exceptional cases, for example, a store error or damage during transport (when checking at the post office). 5.4. The Buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging and the contents of the package upon receipt at the post office.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 6.1. The Administration is not liable for the consequences of using products. 6.2. The Administration is not liable for delays in the operation of postal or courier services. 6.3. The Administration is not liable for technical glitches on the Site resulting in the inability to place an order.
